HaWon collects the information you give us directly — your name, email, school, grade, challenge progress, hotspot reports, cleanup registrations, and sticker orders — to run the features you use.
Location data: if you grant location permission when reporting a hotspot, we use it only to place a pin on the map. We never sell or share your precise location with third parties.
Photos: photos you upload for challenge evidence, hotspot reports, or the Impact Wall are stored securely. Impact Wall photos are reviewed by an admin before becoming public; challenge and hotspot photos are visible to admins and, for hotspot reports, on the public map.
Leaderboard: your name and points appear on the public leaderboard by default. You can opt out at any time from your profile settings.
Data controls: you can edit your profile at any time. To request deletion of your account and data, contact a HaWon admin through the Community page.
We do not sell your personal information.
